Welcome to the Office Basics Promotional Products site designed for Villanova University.  Please follow the instructions below to place an order.  All orders from this site will flow through the ESM system.
  • Please select an item you want to add a logo to.  You will see there is the standard logo displayed on the majority of items available.  If you would like to change the logo, you may select the virtual sample and upload your own logo to see a virtual sample of the item.
  • The University has 3 approved logos for use on promotional items.  Please indicate which logo (see table below) you would like to use on your order as you check out.
  • All orders will receive a final quote for approval along with a proof for approval.
  • Once quote is approved the order will flow through the ESM system process.
